At Oliver Sound Labs, we continued our research on the diaphragm device, while acting as a research consultant to various automobile, medical and acoustic manufacturers, with our sights set to enter product manufacturing. In 2014, we expanded our team to include trained personnel with experience in the field of manufacturing and supply chain management. This was crucial in setting up our first manufacturing facility in Guangdong, China - Oliver Systems Limited.

Our new manufacturing team is highly experienced and hold great credentials in manufacturing across the globe. Our factory directors have previously led diaphragm production, electronic development & research innovation for leading microphone and medical diaphragm manufacturers. Their leadership has helped us achieve the manufacturing efficiency we boast. In 2015, we began investing to set-up a complete microphone assembly plant, by first accepting assembly jobs for microphone and radio systems.

In 2016, OSL began to step-up the production facility of Oliver Systems Limited in Guangdong with a new facility. The new factory had areas for manufacturing diaphragms, transducers, PCB’s, electronic equipment & tooling. Cabinet assembly was outsourced to the neighbouring factories and continues to be so.
